Tracking my order and status

Australia Post and our freight partners are experiencing some delays due to higher than normal volumes of online orders, however orders are still being fulfilled and are arriving to customers and on the whole postage and courier services are generally operating as normal.

To get a better idea as to where your parcel is via your Goodbrand account:

  1. Login to your Goodbrand account and click on My Orders under My Account
  2. Search for the order you require and click on “Show Order Details”.
  3. Your order status bar will advise as to where your order is currently at in terms of delivery. The green bar covers the steps until dispatch (item leaving warehouse).  By clicking on the TRACKING link, you will see the progress as the carrier takes the order from the warehouse to the destination.

Dispatch times from Goodbrand and our Marketplace:

  • Goodbrand orders from our dedicated warehouses usually take 1-2 business days to ship.
  • Special Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 – 4 weeks – Includes personalised items.
  • Marketplace and Third-Party orders are dispatched independently from the suppliers warehouse and can take 2-5 business days.
  • Bulky & Oversize orders vary depending on the size and delivery carrier.

The above do not include time in transit.  Once dispatched from our warehouse, your delivery will arrive based on your location/postcode via Australia Post and independent carriers, you may contact them directly for an ETA.

Please note, we are unable to refund orders that are currently in transit.

I’m being charged separate delivery costs for different items in my cart?

Products on Goodbrand’s website are sold and shipped from many sellers.  When in your Shopping Cart, you will be able to see a break-down of how much delivery you are paying for your items, depending on who the seller is and whether the items are in stock (sold directly by Goodbrand) or not.

In stock items – Sold directly by Goodbrand

If you are purchasing products from Goodbrand that are in stock in our warehouse, you will only be charged one delivery fee. This is calculated based on the quantity and weight of the items you have purchased, and your postcode.

Special order items

Some items that are sold by Goodbrand are special order items, and are dispatched straight from the suppliers warehouse. In this case, you may be charged an additional delivery for those items, as your items will be dispatched separately.

Third-party items

If you have added products from one or more of our trusted third-party sellers via Marketplace, they may charge a separate delivery fee for items they are selling on our platform to you.

How do I sell on Goodbrand?

Once you’ve applied, you should receive an email from our team regarding your status and next steps within 1 business days.

After your application is accepted, you’ll provide your catalog, photography, and wholesale details. Our team will then design a Goodbrand page for your brand. We’ll do all the upfront work for you!

As soon as your profile is created, we’ll send you an activation email. You’ll be able to add and edit products through your new Goodbrand account.

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it.

In the event you have made a mistake, the order will be dispatched and delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.

Please note, if your order is in transit, Goodbrand will be unable to provide any refunds or credit until the product has been returned.

Once you have received your order you may lodge a return request via your Goodbrand account. Additional shipping fees may apply.

How much does Goodbrand cost?

Goodbrand will take 0% commission for all sales until October 1, 2020 so that you receive the full value of the order during the COVID-19 crisis. After that, we will charge a 7% commission on all orders placed by consumers. This commission structure only applies to retailers selling on Goodbrand.

Our commission structure is a little different than other wholesale platforms because the bulk of our costs go into driving new accounts. Unlike traditional sales reps, however, we don’t require exclusivity and there’s no fee to join. We only make money when you make money.

Where is Goodbrand available?

Goodbrand is currently available in the Australia and Vietnam only. At the moment we’re not able to fulfill orders outside of these territories but we’re working to bring our wholesale marketplace to more places.
